As Co-Founder & CEO, Jon oversees Regulatory, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Human Capital. He has extensive expertise in the bitcoin ecosystem and the fundamental applications of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, helping organizations navigate the evolving digital asset landscape. He earned a JD from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a BA from St. Lawrence University.
Marc Grens
Co-Founder & President
With more than 20 years of experience in capital markets, asset management, and venture capital, Marc leads Product, Business Development, Accounting, Engineering, and Marketing. As a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and board member of early-stage technology companies, he specializes in building and scaling innovative businesses. He earned an MBA from DePaul University and a BS from Illinois State University.
Don Wyper
Co-Founder, COO, & Head of Threat Actor Intelligence
Don leads Business Development, Threat Actor Communications, and Marketing, combining more than 18 years of experience in investment banking and specialty finance with deep expertise in threat actor intelligence. His work provides strategic insight into the cybercrime landscape and strengthens the organization's intelligence capabilities. He earned an MA from Cambridge University and a BA from Dartmouth College.
Daniel Smith
Technology Director
Daniel oversees Engineering, Cybersecurity, Regulatory, and Product Development, drawing on more than 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, product design, and cyber resilience. He specializes in developing secure, resilient technology solutions that support organizational growth and security. He earned an MS from DePaul University and a BS from Texas A&M University.
